My SIL volunteers at the Food Bank and sometimes we end up with the perishable extras.
I had to take a quart of institutional frozen eggs out of the freezer to fit some pork butt in it's and had no interest in eating them while we're getting so many backyard eggs so I made the birds a scratch omelet -- with a pumpkin garnish courtesy of a friend who was discarding fall decor (it was painted so I had to peel it).
I'd browned some hamburger so I had a skillet to use with a few stray bits of burger in it too.
