Aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh!!!!

I feel very bad for you. I like it. I wouldn't want to move anywhere that didn't have snow. I love snow. I suppose I might have to live somewhere milder when I get older, but I'll really miss it.

I HATE snow, winter and cold. Hate it hate it hate it.

Just sent DH out for the wine. We're butchering the 2 deer he harvested this week tonight and I'll pull the shades so I don't have to look at the snow.

Shades..... good idea. My windows don't have shades, no wonder I get so depressed. I should get solid shades and paint summery scenes on them. That way when I look at the window it will look like a beautiful summer's day.....

LOL. My kids just came running in saying "It's snowing!" They are so excited. It is just flurries here, nothing will stick. It is pretty though.

I hate tons of snow, but I do enjoy just a little ..... once in awhile (not often). I would not like to live where you get snowed in too often. We moved 300 miles south of our home town, to prepare for retirement. The difference (in winter weather) is amazing. It is so nice to not have to scoop and shovel snow all winter long.

I don't miss the big snow banks and plows on the road.

I don't shovel, I drive the tractor. It's so lovely. I feel like the queen of the north pole.

You can send it my way! We got 1 inch of snow last year and it was a miracle! School was cancelled and everything that could,. came to a halt ,. because we had " A WONDERFUL INCH OF SNOW!!!

ya know,. I'm editing this to add,. I CAN feel for you,. IT's not the same when you're going to have to shovel that stuff,.. I lived in Scotland for year and we had to walk to school in the stuff,. and it takes on a whole new look mixed with mud,..
but I would still love another snow sometimes in the next decade here on the Gulf!

Laurajean, I'm with you HATE snow, winter, ice, cold or anything related to it! I think it is all an abomination sent straight from the devil!!! I like the fall colors, but hate when everything dies, and looks stark. I live south enough that when we get it, it only lasts from a few hrs to a few days then it all melts, and that is only a few times through the winter, but even that is more then I like. If I got my way I'd move south until I hit the equator!

Yup, I'm the same way. Why I live in New Hampshire is beyond me. Well, I actually like the state very much, but just can't stand the winters. The summers here are beautiful, but the winter is just miserable. Short daylight hours, achy muscles, shoveling, warming up the Jeep and freezing, slipping around in slush, YUCK.
