Okay so I have no idea what's on it's belly/between the legs my best guess is the yolk sac maybe? And there is also werid green stuff in the shell. Saw a few fresh looking veins as wellwhen opening up all they way.View attachment 1527127

That's its yolk so wasn't absorbed..

Yes, yolk sac, so it wasn't ready to hatch, so this isn't a case of you didn't assist in time. Any kind of bad smell?

It could be that something just wasn't right with it, and it was never going to make it. Don't blame yourself for its loss.

Yes it did have a slightly bad smell when cracked open

So how would have assisting the hatch helped if the yolk sack was not fully absorbed?

Yes it did have a slightly bad smell when cracked open

Could very well have been a case of a yolk sac infection. There's nothing you can do about that, unfortunately
