All of my birds have come from Ideal. I ordered all pullets. Most hatcheries have a 90/some 95 percent accuracy rate. Out of 20 ordered pullets I got one Roo.

Make sure there is no small order fee on each of the different breeds. That could add up real fast on so many breeds.
