One thing I just thought of that I wanted to share with you in regards to an all-in-one coop... We had ours in our yard, too, not too far from our house. A coop can be pretty heavy with chickens, bedding and stuff in it, but I would still strongly suggest tying it down. The one we had didn't say anything about it in the assembly instructions so I didn't, thinking it was heavy enough. It wasn't. A small storm sent it flying. Thankfully it happened before I had put our chickens in.
I used "tornado ties", the twisty type that you see for dog tie-outs, one in each corner with rope strung through to anchor it. We had several storms after that and it weathered those well, so it seems to be an effective solution.

I'm sure with your location you're probably much more aware of that kind of thing than I am up in Mn!
