Acting funny dull feathers Funny poo, Help!

My Maran has yellowish poo and seems listless and her feathers are faded like she will molt. What is wrong?
She eats Layena
She is free range and lives with six other chickens
She has been having the funny poo today, but stayed in the house until noon and did not look good yesterday.
Se is currently in a crate inside.

Foamy yellow poo? Listen to her breathing - is she wheezing or sneezing like she has a cold? She could have an upper respiratory infection. Nasty things. You might try a little VetRX on her beak (don't get it in her nares). If she's not eating, you might try mixing her mash with some cooked oatmeal and/or scrambled egg. They have a better chance at recovery as long as you can keep them eating. I even gave mine hot (not hot enough to burn) broth with cooked bits of meat and veggies.

She eats a little, I do not hear wheezing and she has a strange callous-like bump on one side of her nose above he nostril... hole..... thingy.

Ok she is eating, but only a little bit and she pretty much just stands around. Here is a pic of yellow poo and the best pic I can get of the bump on her nose. Oh and the bump Itches.

How do you know the bump itches? And can we get a close up of it?

She will scratch her face, I will try to get a better pic, she is around 8 or 9 months.

With a small amount of digging, i found several results for yellow poop. Several of them indicate different kinds of intestinal parasites, including blackhead.

Has she ever been wormed?

I'm not sure about the itchy callous - might be completely unrelated. My biggest concern with that would be to make sure it doesn't get infected and to watch to see whether it multiplies.
