Acute growth on hens neck

Hmm, that a good question. I don't know.
I felt it around this morning, it feels like it's attached to the skin and not the breast.

She ate on her own this morning but not a lot. I force fed her again, gave the fish mox and left her with some goodies to wet her appetite. Her coloring still looks good, and she's a fighter.
 
New development, air pocket on same side as lump, the crop side feels ok. Also this is what most of her droppings look like. @Wyorp Rock @azygous

Could you take a photo showing the whole chicken so we can see the exact location of this lump in context?

To clarify, there is now an air filled swelling beside the original lump? And what is behind the blue color?

It's at her wishbone area in front of her shoulder (wing). I'm not sure why it's blue, the skin itself is a normal color. @azygous
