Went to computer store tonight. Bought a fan spliced it and an old cell phone charger. Taped the ends together.....viola! Perfection.

I didn't have time to secure it to the top of the lid of the bator...It is standing up now. I will rearrange it later. I may even build a new bator this weekend....

Yeah. It was sooooo easy. Should have done it sooner...Yeah!

$5.00 for a fan. Free splicing....Not bad.

We shall see for the rest of it!

my friend did the same thing... just put an aquarium fan on the side of the bator standing up... worked pretty good... he's hatching right now...

It is funny, the temps are maintaining a perfect 99.5 now. No unevenness. Why didn't I do this sooner. I thought it was too complicated. LOL...

I will figure a way to mount it today or make a new bator....

Staggered hatch. Half still air started, others just set last night after fan added. This will be fun.

Yes, that is my next step. I am thinking of making a homemade bator today. I need to gather parts. I just don't want to secure it yet if I am going to be moving it soon...LOL...

I think I will go ahead and make that bator...I will be easier!

If there is a vent over it like there would be in an LG or HB then it needs to blow up but if there is not then I dont think it really matters. One way may work better than the other with your setup. You can try both an see which you like better.

Love to see a picture of it once you get it mounted.
