I used to watch all of those movies, then I married DH.... he's banned any and all scary movies. I get dirty looks for even looking interested during a scary movie preview.... You should have seen him when I tricked him into I am Legend.....

Which provides more comic relief? hey, it doenst always work out badly for the comic relief person in the movies! in fact, they survive most of the time! AMC has a zombie survival test on their website. I usually survive, which is good to know just in case!!

Last night the preview for the THING was on and I made the mistake of leaning forward in my seat and looking like I cared. He changed the channel in the middle of it and gave me a smug look.

He's seriously going to lose his Bro Card if that gets out!! The wife wants to watch the blood and gore and the hubby wants the sappy animal movie?? Seriously?? The Walking Dead is one of the few shows DH and I can bond over. (NCIS is the other.) Our tastes differ wildly outside of those.

Boyd, I second what Stacykins said about Left 4 Dead 2 - a friend and I once played it for four hours straight. You should have seen the look on my face when a horde of zombies shambled into a VERY narrow corrider that he was in - oh, and he had a chainsaw. THAT was awesome. Meanwhile, I'm laughing like crazy and spewing incendiary AK-47 fire into the horde. Also played Black Ops Zombies - I failed so hard, probably due to me grabbing the Olympia instead of the M-14. Double barrel = no good against twenty odd zombies.

I have all Resident Evil's, 28 days/weeks later, Shaun of the Dead, and Fido. Resident Evil is my favorite.
