Hello! I have a very large coop with 6 chickens currently living in it. I am also raising 6 other baby chicks, and one baby turkey, who will be added to the coop when the were ready. In my town, somebody found a baby duckling on the street, and I am tempted to say that I can take it, and see if I can raise it with my baby chicks. However, I do not know if ducklings can live in a chicken coop. I have raised ducklings previously but in an area where they had free rain and were only brought into a specific area at night. Because I cannot do that here, I need the duckling to be able to sleep within the enclosed part of my chicken coop, which is extremely large so there is plenty of room on the ground to sleep that are not below any roosts for the chickens. If anyone knows if getting the duckling will work please let me know! Thank you!
