Adding Vegetables

I have tried the raw pack method of canning some boneless, skinless chicken thighs. I was wondering, can I add some raw carrots, onions and celery to the jars and chicken before I put on lids? It seems like everything would cook in the 75 minutes it takes to can the chicken. Thanks, I don't want to try this without someone elses opinion. Thanks for your help!!
 
You know, I would treat it like it was canned meat and veggie soup. There are canning recipes for that, look at what it says for pressure weight and time and see if its the same as canning the meat alone. I can't find my pressure canner recipe booklet, but I know it had all the times for different kinds of soup and I believe any soup with meat was about the same as canning meat separately.

(Note to self -*Must organize book shelf and office... can't find the important stuff when I need it lately! lol )
