I have tried the raw pack method of canning some boneless, skinless chicken thighs. I was wondering, can I add some raw carrots, onions and celery to the jars and chicken before I put on lids? It seems like everything would cook in the 75 minutes it takes to can the chicken. Thanks, I don't want to try this without someone elses opinion. Thanks for your help!!
