I've been struggling with switching between the symptoms I think of as The Anger Spiral and Screaming Boredom, which is like regular Boredom but fast.

Listening to sea shanties helped me get the coop clean at least.

sea shanties? I prefer classical, but I’ll have to try that sometime.

Thats depressing.

I have ADHD!
It certainly makes thing difficult sometimes, but I like it in some ways. I can hyperfocus on things I love, like chickens!
