Ador Coop Door - thoughts and comments, please

We briefly considered the hinge style. Ruled it out due to the direction it open was reversed of what we needed. Also, we have significant winds and decided it would not survive for long.

The Ador door is one of the largest and needs more head room. Keep searching and you will likely find a door that works for you.

The pullet-shut has options to open either direction, which is nice!

I just wanted to say thank you to all who have posted and shared thoughts and ideas with me! Because of our coop design, I just ordered a Pullet-Shut which I think will work well for what we have/need. I enjoy that it comes with the option to program times or use the photo sensor, and it can run on solar power! Here’s hoping it works as needed and makes life better for our ladies (who are trapped inside every morning until I brace myself for the chill ).
