Speedy does that when shes in labor, I usually give some more oyster shells and make her comfortable. First time I saw her do that freaked me out a bit cause I didn't know what was wrong with her, then she popped out her first egg.

My 3 pekins, who are 2.5 months old, do that open mouth breathing/panting all the time. Even when it's only like 70 degrees out. I've been concerned, but it comes and goes and I just think it's normal panting.
