We keep working VERY hard (just ask @sumi) to find lots of ways for members to earn, win, etc. PFM's.

We want all our members to have the best experience with BYC that fits them, while also making sure to manage running a sustainable website with increasing expenses, and changing revenues as people block ads, move to mobile devices, etc.

It's tricky to provide a robust and free service to millions of people, but we do our best.

On a related note: I've seen some sites force people to pay to get access after a few clicks, or ones that have added a TON of ads... even ones that automatically play audio ads, popups, etc. Heck even magazines in the store that people PAY FOR have like 1/3 to 2/3 full of ads. I think relatively speaking, BYC is doing a pretty good job managing advertising load, user-experience, and options to have all ads removed... very few websites, magazines, movies, media, etc. give you that option.

I've got no problem with you adding more ads, do what you need to support BYC, but I'm starting to get ads saying "New Rule in (my exact town) Nebraska leaves drivers fuming". Is that normal they're tracking where I live?
