I happen to agree that the owner is responsible. However, I think it's important that she consider the consequences of her actions before making any decisions. Since we don't know how much she's made or if she planned to evade taxes, I am simply advising that she think about the possible outcomes, which may or may not be a problem for her. Only she will be able to find out the answer to that.
