Advice please- duckling limping

Thanks for all your help guys. The runner still limps , starts not so bad in the morning but more pronounced by bedtime. I think it may be a birth defect, as I checked the leg and it seems to go 'outwards' a bit. I also wondered about a dislocation, would that be possible or do you think it wouldn't be able to walk at all f that was the cause? I may visit the vet however most around here don't seem to be that clued up on birds!
