Advice please re: Coturnix Quail

What is the best Coturnix Quail to raise for maximum meat and egg production?
I find the internet info conflicting.

Jumbos, probably. They're the biggest.
All the different colors of regular coturnix are the same in meat production, they just look different.

Exactly ! Some breeders get confused and call Pharoahs, golden manchurian etc, different type of quail, but they are ALL coturnix, ALSO called Japanese and the different names are just their color types.
I've never had jumbos, but my regular coturnix provide more eggs than i can keep up with, and i only have 4 hens
right now. And 2 roasted regular sized quail is a serving.
