So far our boy Norris approaches their fence whenever they make a bit of noise and they seem to quite like him. They all gather at the fence and touch bills through the small wire. The two girls who are out with Norris have basically ignored them. Coco and her 'baby' (not sure I can call him that anymore now that he's bigger than his mum
) spend all day in their pool right next to their enclosure. They chatter away and seem to have no issue with them.
I'm not sure when to let them together. We were thinking of doing it in stages since we've got them separated into 3 groups at the moment. Maybe putting them in with Coco and Quackmire in a week or so, then when they're settled, bringing that group together with Norris and the girls. Does that sound like a good idea?
The new ducks have grown a LOT in the short amount of time since we bought them home. They are now as tall as the other ducks, just a bit lighter than them.
