Advice please, the vet cannot see my chickie until 5pm tomorrow☹

You be extremely careful for single liquids in their mouth because if you get it down the wrong pipe it will end bad.

Drop water by the drop on the side of the beak and let her swallow it herself.

Offer her water often.

I have been very careful, I dont want to aspirate her. I asked about a feeding tube but the vet said she was to little.

Great.

I would give her a drench dose asap.
:fl

I gave her a drench dose. She only weighs 200grams....so thin. She is so weak and just sleeps.

Puff did not make it through the night. Thank you all for your help, there is so much to learn about chickens. I'm glad there is a community to help us new chicken parents. God bless.

Are you having a necropsy at your state lab to learn and inform us all what killed her?

Sorry about your lost Pet.
Hopefully other chicks will help you get over your lost one. I got very connected to my chicks also. I have them since their first day, and they are like kids to me. Good luck with the rest of flock.
