It's very odd they haven't laid at 40 weeks....and they don't free range at all ever?
I'd get rid of the cockerel and feed nothing but the layer feed for a few weeks.

The rooster was a newer edition haven't had him but a few weeks.
And no free range cause they don't come back and I don't like chasing them lol plus we have a big fox in our area.

Either you just have incredibly bad luck and have a bunch of 'lemon' birds....or it's their diet.

What are "lemon" birds and I feed them Purina's laying crumble, crushed oyster shells plus they get scraps like lettuce, fruits and veggies and sometimes yogurt as a treat.

'Lemon'.... as in 'Lemon Law'..... is slang for a defective product, usually an automotive vehicle.
It is applied to many products and/or situations that produce below standard or less than expected results...like an of age female chicken that doesn't lay eggs.

It was suggested a couple times earlier in the thread that you cut out all other foods except the layer feed.
Layer feed is usually the bare minimum in protein(16%) needed for egg production, any other foods given dilute that protein.
That combination can reduce nutrients enough to not support the bird making any eggs.

So I should stick to laying crumble and oyster shells for awhile? Oyster shells have extra protein and help the eggs have tougher shells.
