Advise Appreciated! Lump

Hi,
Please can someone advise. My Chicken Silky has got a lump and it’s grown fast.
It’s red and a bit of green. Is it a tumour? She seems ok in her self she’s eating and drinking. She’s 5 years old, and is totally free range on a farm and has had the best of lives. Thank you for any help and advise

A few questions. What does the lump feel like? How long has she had it? Is it making her life tough or does she act like it doesn’t bother her? Any open sores near the lump?

Can you please take some photos of the lump? You mention it's read and a bit green, so I assume that's under the feathers?
