So inhad posted a while back about the chick I got being carriers for MG. I didnt know until I had already integrated (had them quarantined until they were 4 weeks old) and my entire flock got sick. Swollen eyes, nasal drainage, coughing, sneezing, and thick mucus discharge from the mouth. At that point I had messaged the seller of the chicks and she told me the eggs she bought were MG positive. I treated the sick girls with tylan for 5 days. They all improved except 1. Shes my bigger girl weighing in at a whopping 9 lbs. After the 5 days she was still a little snotty and had some sneezing. I stopped treating after 5 days and just kept my fingers crossed she would get better. Now at around 2 weeks later she is 100% better. I also got in contact with the seller of the eggs and she told me that her flock is not infected. The seller ended up messaging me and told me that a batch of her chicks did have infectious bronchitis. Could that be what my girls had instead of MG? I know we wont ever know for certain unless I get a bird tested but none ended up dying so I never got them tested. And while looking up the symptoms I realized that they had more of the IB symptoms than the MG symptoms. I've also noticed some wrinkly eggs from the girls who started laying again. Just looking for advise.

How long did the symptoms hang around for your flock? Trying to determine the same here. Wonder if som hatching eggs we got either brought in MG or IB to our flock..

All except 1 lasted around 6-7 days. 1 lasted almost 2 weeks.
