I will try anything you guys tell me to dry but I'm definitely definitely definitely going to bring him over there tomorrow and see if they'll hold on to him at this ranch that people go to to see like the pigs in the horses in the ducks and everything and if they will cuz they taking all other stray ducks why not Aflac I will be able to have him getting better while I'm focusing on getting a lawyer immediately cuz my father will pay for it because my father owns the home he just lives in Florida and he's extremely old not explain the old is 82 but he is getting dementia and then I'll be able to file the claim with the homeowners insurance for the home because I know it said while they're repairing the home or taking it down and rebuilding everything they give you ten thousand to go get yourself out of there and get home plus I will include all the expenses I've already spent $6,500 and those of you who know me now that I've already spent this on a plaque and the last four and a half years with pleasure I might add I'm not complainingand then I'll be able to file the claim with the homeowners insurance for the home because I know it said while they're repairing the home or taking it down and rebuilding everything they give you ten thousand to go get yourself out of there and get a home plus I will include all the expenses I've already spent $6,500 and those of you who know me know that I've already spent this on Aflac and the last 4 and a half and the with pleasure I might add I'm not complaining but it's so much easier now because I finally can prove that the tree is what's breaking the pipes and that's what's causing mold if there's mold regardless of the situation the house needs to be taken down because the pipes break in the walls I know that for sure so I feel like happier and a lot more positive and who knows maybe if I get a house I'll eat and get out like a girlfriend or maybe not lol

Am I crazy or didn’t we already hear about Aflac and mold spores awhile back? Like several months ago? Or am I thinking of something else?’

No that's us over two years ago and the association had to fix a leaking pipe 5 ft underground broken behind dishwasher and it seemed like our problems we're gone untill recently about 4 months now the hall way started leaking in my room under my wood Flores under concreate and I'm facing this huge tree that was cut down about 6 months ago due to cantamination of a chain saw lol No actually it all has been verified today as we speak the tree was cut down because it has grown under my condo and that's what has been breaking the pipes

Ok...couple things.

1. The ranch you're hoping to rehome him to may be concerned about taking him in when he has health issues, for fear he could pass it to the other birds. I agree he should be kept in a pen outside for a while. You could even set up a tent and stay with him. Would be best for your own health to get out.

2. Other avenues to explore, would be to get in touch with your son's Medicaid/Medicare agents, and explain the situation.

3. Habitat for Humanity, or some other community outreach program? You need to consider yourself basically homeless and make your best appeal to them.

4. Homeowners insurance? Should cover damage done by busted pipes.

I'm staying at my mom's regardless of her answer to me lol I said for Christmas I want Aflac to get better at a clean non mold environment which is at your house hahahaha! The ranch can't take him when he's sick so no but we're out of there!His membranes shut down because of his respirtory problem and they gave me baytril in a huge pill I having big problems giving it to Aflac.They said I can't break it,crush it nothing grrrrrr.Any ideas

My father doesn't have home owners insurance on the home for some crazy reason only the appliances.He has a ton of money and acts completely poor and it's ridiculous I really appreciate the info and I am working on it Were at my mom's now out of mold for now When he's better he can go to the ranch

Just pry open his bill and place the whole pill well back on his tongue, then close his bill. He will swallow the pill down.
