I don't think I will be seeing it...I am, I guess, a little too sensitive. I know it happens, I just prefer not to see it

Finally saw the movie. It was very Disney. In fact, I can't imagine any kids being overly upset by any of the scenes. Saturday morning cartoons are much more violent! I was actually wanting more from them, for them to go a tiny bit further than they did--the scenes seemed to be cut off too soon. I would rather my kids see real life stuff than the crazy "I will destroy you-I am more powerful than you!" garbage I am seeing in today's cartoons. Of course, my kids are in their 30's now, so it's a moot point. I did like it because I love everything about the African wildlife anyway. Very visually appealing movie. And a fabulous escape from world news, which I'm beginning to avoid at all costs now.

I bought the DVD/Blu-ray combo pack last week. My intention was to keep the blu-ray disk for ourselves and give the DVD to our 5 y.o. grandson. I will not be doing that. I considered it to be too graphic for a young child. He gets enough of that from the crap his mother allows him to watch.
