After heat, how long for eggs?

It's been in the upper 80's and 90's for a couple of weeks. Once the weather cools, how long until the chickens start laying again?

I have 4 out of 6 chickens nice and red faced. I know they are ready but have only been getting one egg a day, where before the heat, I got 3-4.

Today is nice and cool and damp. No panting chickens to dunk in the chicken pool (5 gal bucket).

We've had record setting heat this June/July (many days in the mid 90's) and my hens haven't slowed down any. It might not be the heat.

It should be back in the low/mid 80's the rest of the week, so I'll see if it was the shock of suddenly having hot, humid weather, so all-at-once. Scorching sunshine. Man, it was bright!
