Absolutely. One thing you could do is call teh Labor Board and ask questions without giving your real name--preferably annymously, but if they insist on a name, give them the name of your favourite hen and a lastname of Barns or Cooper or such

Give the specific examples of the things that seem wrong and ask whether 1) it is legal and 2) how to handle the situation without repercussions.
