Age of Sexual Characteristics

? Boy meets girl ?
I have been raising my peachicks, and today I noticed my white chick jump on top of another chick, grab its head and start, um, "going to town." The chicks are just over a month old... I had my fingers crossed that the white would be a boy. Is this a good sign, or do they have pecking order behaviors that are similar...? Thanks!

Also, my two peahens laid a bunch of eggs and are now setting... hope for a good hatching...

Might be male might be female. Even females mount like that sometimes.
