He sure is pretty but he's not screaming "Top Quality" to me. I wouldn't pay $45 for a People aggressive rooster either.. Yikes!

Even if it wasn’t aggressive that rooster is NOT worth $45..... definitely not the BEST quality...

I saw one ad that had a rooster listed that was close by so I asked for a better pic. They sent one. Looked like something was wrong with one of his eyes and that he had leg mites (in the better pic). They said he had just been picked on by other roosters and wanted $25 for him.
