Aggressive rooster problem

Last time it took my girls three months to accept the new flock, but I'm going to try it. Next Spring I'm going to try to get another rooster and put the one I have currently in a fryer. Thank you all!
If you have a broody, get some fertile eggs from someone who has a nice rooster. Your hens will raise them to be respectful.
Good luck.

I have a aggressive rooster. Ever since he was a chick he has starved and bullied the others, even the hens. He also killed a other rooster and almost starved a hen. I have gotten spurred by him, and have had to resort to carrying a broom to scare him off, which doesn't work that well because he attacks it anyway. I want to keep him for protection because he is very good at protecting, but him attacking absolutely everyone is just not okay. Any ideas, or should I just get a new rooster and invite him to dinner?
He sounds like a handfull, have you tried getting a pair of these? They are snake gaiters and some people use them for leg protection with roosters as well: Snake gaiters

Get him some blinders. A $2 piece of plastic will end all your troubles. I put them on an Ayam Cemani who actively sought out my very docile Americauna Rooster with clearly murderous intent.

I haven't had an incident since and my Americauna is living his best life.

Yes, glasses for chikens successfully solve the problem with aggressiveness. But I don't know how they work on roosters, can he successfully fertilize hens?
Glasses prevent them from seeing in a straight line, they can only see downwards. How then can a rooster see a hen and tame her for mating? I don't know, I've never put glasses on roosters!

The blinders don't blind the rooster, it obscures forward vision making offense pretty much impossible. He can't target precision pecks with his head upright but he can still see down.

My Ayam Cemani had a hitch in his giddy-up for about 3 days. He's randy as ever.

Sorry, but that wasn't my question!
The rooster must first see the hen, "target" her, get to her and make her calm down and become submissive. Some hens crow as soon as they see the rooster approaching, but most of them start to run away and only when the rooster grabs her neck with his beak, she submits!
The glasses make this work very difficult for him during fertilization!
Did your Ayam cemani successfully fertilize the chicks after you put the glasses on him?
