agruments and chickens? related or not?

I have just read the whole thread.......One thing I would like to ask, do you and your BF share a home together? .....if so then perhaps compromise is in order.....

Life is a two way street, there are times when you will each have to consider the other, whether it comes to money, horses or chickens.... If this is the case and you do share a home, and you do spend all your money on chickens, bators etc, and he is also working but paying all the bills...then I can understand his having qualms, at the end of the day, the household of "human" has to be maintained properly in order for the household of "chicken & horses" to continue, you said in your post that you forget to buy petrol (gas) for your vehicle, and that you only get 5PMG ....this really sounds a gas guzzler...would it not be more viable to get a smaller car and get better mileage? or is it that you need a large vehicle to pull a horse trailer?

You are asking of him to be involved in your hobby....does he have one and are you involved in asking questions about his?

Have both of you sat down and evaluated your monetary position without anger ? I know it can be difficult especially if money is tight.

Regarding your depression, you have been given some very good advice on this thread, have you had "full bloods" done at the Dr? especially if your current meds are "not doing any good"......there could be other deficencies that you are not aware of. Think you also need to speak to your Dr regarding the amounts of meds/vits that you are taking as you said it is taking you about an hour to get them all down....do you need to take them all at once...can they not be "split" up to take at different times during the day...could one be having an adverse effect on the other...

I hope all works out for you, but there are lots of things that you both need to be asking yourselves. However, if you don't live together sharing one home, then you can do what you like with your own money irrespective of anyone elses opinions.....

One more thing.....how long after taking these high doses of Vitamin D did you notice anything? Did you feel less depressed? What other things did it improve or did you notice? Im very excited about this as I have reached a point where I am running out of options. I cant wait to read the details from you!!!

I am not the one with depression, but I have a family member who has it. This year, their case of SAD was virtually non-existent. I take D too but for other reasons. This last summer was the first time in decades I could do outside in the sun for more than 5 minutes without bursting in to flames. Plus my brain is more ADD-wired and the D and fish oil help with focus and concentration.

Its different with different people. Sometimes It takes 2 days, some times 2 weeks or more. The point is to get yourself on a regualr regimine.
My advice is to take a HIGH QUALITY multivitamin and then supplement that with the extra D(s) you need once in the morning with breakfast and at lunch. (always take vitamins with food or you'll get

)
Take a HIGH QUALITY multi mineral at night just before bed.

When I feel like crud I take a B complex and in about 20 min feel great. The wife could eat a whole bottle and get nothing. (figure of speach by the way) Everyone is different.

Not only that, many vitamins are fat soluble. Without fat being present, your body can't utilize the vitamin not matter how much you take. D is one of those vitamins.
