Hey! I live in a small, country town named Gordo (Pickens county, on the other side of Tuscaloosa county).
Roll tide! War eagle! Whatever you like, I'm not in sports!
Trying to catch up on the posts I missed...Hi everyone, new chick mommy in Sipsey, AL. The south end of Walker Co.
Welcome to BYC!Hello from Pike Road/ montgomery Anyone else from this area? I'm not going to read 450 pages to find out. Ha. I have 9 colorful egg layers and eggs all over my kitchen. Ha.
Ugh, feather chewing lice. I haven't treated yet because I'm planning on butchering my roos and there's no actual answer on if it's safe to eat birds that have been treated with Ivermectin. I don't imagine it is, but it'd be nice to know.
Ya that happened before I am thinking about building a new smaller coop just to keep them separated from the older onesNo if there not theres its hard to add chicks to a pen most times they kill them. Raise them seperate try to add them to the flock when they get older
