I read that article yesterday. It's not even the neighbors complaining, they say they have no issue with the bird. Just some stick in the mud two blocks down with nothing better to do

In the reply window, there is a "toy box" with things like font size, insert pic, and there is one for smileys. It is a smiley face. Click on that and a menu come up with the available choices. Pick it and click it and it appears in your post where ever the cursor is set.
