Do they have all their feathers? If so, they may be a bantam breed, in which case they'll just be small chickens. Like I said before, mine don't go out until they have all their feathers.

Ok one of my Barred Rock chicks is sick. It just stands there asleep and it's rear looks messy. It will eat. Do y'all have any ideas on what to do?

You can try to give it some probiotic yogurt and some electrolyte that may help.

You could also try ACV in the water. Keep the sick chick separate so the rest don't get it.
