Ya I hate doing the mail order but I love having eggs in my bator. The first dozen did not hatch the second dozen three would have but my humidity was off so they never made it out of the shell this is round three. I have not gotten a roster yet so that means mail order tell I get one then I can just start hatching my own eggs. All I need is one hen and one roster out of every breed I want lol.

Really good luck here from some places mailing eggs, totally lousy from others. I might try a few now and then for diversity, but if I can get them locally I'll do that, or hatch my own. WW any action on those eggs?
Rained half the way back from Delta, but we saw masses of swans in the Summit Lake pass... Karl got pictures....And a flat.

Good luck with your eggs! We're driving up to Fairbanks this afternoon, so I won't be on here this weekend. The weather doesn't look like it'll be too bad once we get up there.

Can't wait to come back and see pics of fluff balls!

I've only been up there once. We took the Parks up and then the Richardson/Glenn back down. I really preferred the trip back, it was more beautiful and EMPTY. I like being out in the middle of nowhere, and when I come back to civilization, I always feel dissatisfaction. People weren't meant to be packed together like too many rats in a cage. But that's just me!

I've got a nice red chantecler and/or a blue orpington roo if you are interested.
