Even though I'm glad for the break, I'm looking forward to Spring.

I think I'm going to concentrate on the Orpingtons and Dorkings.

Oh, and my chickens eat just about anything put in front of them... I boil meat/fish first, but it's still gone like a pack of wolves descended on it.

These are beautiful birds Tori. I HAVE to get you photos of the ones I have from you, but it was bulb planting day today - I kept putting it off, and cleaning up the beehive also got done.
What do I owe you for the PFW?

Tori, what is the very last bird? Is she a blue? Very pretty coloring on her

If she had a tail she'd be my kinda bird, I just don't care as much for the tailless birds for some reason!

She's growing her tail back... if you look REAL close, you can see Blue-kote... they picked her clean in the brooder!! But there are stubby little pin feathers growing back. She'll look like the others in a few weeks.

She's a blue... very very dark blue. They're all Orpingtons from WA.

Awwww! Poor girl! I have a few that can relate to her!!

She almost looks like she has black lacing... And her shading from her head to her wings is very nice!
