Oh... Deb... I forgot to answer your question. I still kept your eggs in the 1502, but I didn't add water and it stayed around 40%. Still a little high, probably but I use the 1502 for hatching, too. 65% for hatching. I have more eggs in the Hovabator that have minimal water ~ 25-30%... they're due soon, so I'll let you know how those go too. I noticed that my eggshells are super thick... you really have to smack them hard to get them to break. So the lower humidity might help with the weakening of the shell so they can get out.
