Deb that is rotten luck but I am glad you found that bad egg! I can understand your sentiments about Snot (what an awesome name!) and I hope you get your grey the next go round

They are all such cuties though!
Is a huge head a good thing? (showing ignorance here)
I have had the worst luck with eggs coming from WA. I don't get it. I got really good hatch rates from as far as Texas, and the eggs were in great shape, but not from Washington.

Yep, you want a big head on these guys. They call them "horse heads"......I can show you on Snots litter when you come out.

Snot is a nasty Flemish Giant. Who gets worse when she has a litter and makes it
impossible for you to socialize her babies. I have to sneak in on her, throw a towel over her head and
pick her up, put her in a totally different cage to touch babies. She's this way even when she doesn't have a litter.
Just a little more exaggerated when she does have babies....
Just picture a 15 lb rabbit that's all teeth and claws.....

She was known as a "not so nice word" for quite sometime but with nieces and nephews running around
we had to come up with a more politically correct name for her...

I can imagine, we had smaller ones that were quite nasty, and one of the reasons I don't have rabbits...lol

So, what would you do with her once she goes to bunny heaven?
