I have a car battery power inverter that works great in case of power outages. You can pick them up for next to nothing on Amazon. Just plug it into the cigarette lighter on your vehicle, and run an extension cord to that incubator!

Well, my last hatch is due around March 4th right now...hmmm maybe call back the second week of March...I should have empty 'bators by then! er well, rather I'll have one empty 'bator!

I will be candling tonight after I get my kiddos to bed. It's easier then, because there are no kids running around or trying to see what I am doing.
