They love it! My chickens spend all summer in the sun! Of course, when winter rolls around and you only have 2 hours of sunlight and it's cold...well, they don't love that as much.I have to ask.....

It’s easy to supplement for daylight. I was just wondering if snacking at midnight had any health effects on the ladies.They love it! My chickens spend all summer in the sun! Of course, when winter rolls around and you only have 2 hours of sunlight and it's cold...well, they don't love that as much.
in the winter we put the water inside, so they don't have to face the cold as much.It does not have any negative effect on them, in fact, most of my chickens roost outside during the summer!
they just get a snack whenever they feel like it
I would if in six months I could fish at midnight.I don't think anyone would love 2 hrs. of sunlight and COLD.
