Sandy - I am so HAPPY Frank is home safe , Gavin and I were in tears over him- in fact I was hoping my Cupcake was simliar to him so we could give him back to you ( not in egg form but real chick form ) -- but I am glad I don't need to since first of all Frank is yours and he belongs with you and second - I am kind of sort of , in love with That Cupcake LOL ---- I have already told Gavin - Roo or Hen --- he will stay with me even if he has to be a House Chicken

.... I love love love my silkies . And anyone bad this reading this - I am a hilbilly and I don't play with people touching my critters BE WARNED.

and also - Thank you to the person who did return Frank - could have been a change of heart or fright, but you did the right thing by returning him --- and lets hope the dogs have a better situation and it brings less stress on Miss Sandy, because if you do not know her , she is one classy , kind and wonderful person and her husband Tommy is such nice guy - these are the kind of people you want in your corner and to consider them friends has been a true Blessing to me and Gavin --- We love you Guys

so glad that you got your Frank back, I wonder if it was the person who took him or maybe someone who bought him from the thief and did the right thing. Just glad that he is back with you and his girls.

My follow-up to what DW said: I believe that this is someone off of BYC, or who views the site but is unregistered on here.
i wonder if they will have the balls (or boobs) to turn up to future shows...........

I dont have the words to express how thrilled I am that he's home! I read through the whole post and Cetawins and did shed tears. People just do not understand the feelings we all have for our chickens. The time, money and love that is involved is immeasurable!!

WOW! Can't believe he was returned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Congrats to you and your little man! I'm sure his flock is soooooo happy, would have been great to see video of the reunion.

I don't want to glorify the perpetrator in any way...but it was very courageous of him/her to do the right thing and return the cockerel. This is someone who was facing possible felony charges if found and charged.

Again...thanks....

I agree it could be someone lurking around BYC. Just changed my profile not to include my town I live it. The silkies that were stolen from me will probably never be seen again. But I do have a question. Mine were banded where the state inspector put them on. Of course they can cut them off, but if they are sold at an auction or something, would I be able to trace them that way?
