I think we should start a thread in the "where am I, Where are you" section asking for state coordinators. I do think it would be a good idea for maybe 2 in each state if possible, so it doesn't become a burden on one person.

Everything sounds great to me and I'm going now to start the coorinator thread.

That would be DragonEgg and I wanted one also. I wa trying to find some people on the move going from your area through mine, to Terry with eggs from me and then on to the Dragons Lair LOL

Where I get one or not (I love those little Oopsy Roos) but Dragon is in love with them too. So it would be great to get one here and there or both to her. Hopefully we can also coordinate Terry's EE eggs to her.

They are such sweet little guys. I would love you two to have them! How jealous my other chickens would be if they got to live in Florida!

We'll be traveling from Rochester NY to Minneanpolis MN (and back) the second week of November for ARBA rabbit Convention. If you Googlemap the above, thats my route.

I'd be happy to transport chickens/eggs along my route, I do charge a transport fee for rabbits/chickens, not sure what you would charge for a carton of eggs! LOL

I'd do it for free, but the van rental and gas runs a small fortune. I did a cross country trip last year to Convention in CA, and gas alone ran $1200! Ouch. Plus the van rental.

Thank goodness it is scads closer this year, but it'll still be expensive for the van/gas.

I don't know how many chickens I would be able to take yet, esp since they tend to be smellier than the rabbits do. No ducks. And I'd rather not take Roosters, because 24H of crowing in a van may drive me over the edge!

I don't know if it was mentioned, but how about a "continental U.S. Frappr map" with everyone who is willing to help. That would make it easy to see at a glance where we would be coordinating.
