Where are the air sac experts? LOL Maybe Sally Sunshine?

Has anyone had actual success in encouraging air sacs to move to proper positioning by setting it with wide end up? I am on day 7 of this incubation. Some of the eggs have air sacs in weird places, or there is not one visible at all with candling, although in some I can see veining and an embryo. One egg has a nice air sac in the slightly smaller end, so I debate about what to do there. Thinking just leave it be...

Also, if one does try to "reset" the air sac this far along, how long is it ok to leave an egg sitting in one position and not turning it? I have the smaller eggs in cartons tilted now and can gently tilt rather than flip them. But I read some advice about letting them alone for 24-48 hours, but not sure that is ok at 7 days. Any input would be helpful. Thanks so much!

Do you have them laying down? Are the air cells moving, wobbly, or just misshapen?

Fat end up would likely be the best option to get them to stick there. You still need to tilt/move the eggs a few times daily, at least until day 14. After that, it's not as critical. I've found that saddled air cells do better when turning/tilting perpendicular to the saddle shape. jmho.
