Oh thank goodness - I woke up this morning very confused and was just settling on Thursday. I am all straight now.

I know! It’s so crazy! Only one month away from when I text my sisters and cousin and tell them... “Only six months till Christmas!”
I do it every year just to annoy them

I am serious - I think this is 'a thing' - I am not so old as to be muddled about the day of the week - I think it is this lockdown and working around the clock and always from home. I lose all sense of real time.
The only reason I know it is morning is the chickens make such a ruckus telling me they laid an egg. But even that failed because Minnie - who lays a tiny egg and make a huge noise decided to lay her egg at 3pm yesterday.

I got my first chicks in March of 2018.... 8 little pullets.. Ruby-RIR... Rosemary-Australorp... Maryn-Australorp.. Kelly-EE... Sunny-BO... Claire-Barnevelder... Kathryn-GLW (have since rehomed her) and Nilky-Silkie (also rehomed)

In March of 2019 I got three new babies... Lilly-LB (she just passed away last week) Mak-CM... and Goosie-SS
In April I got three Cochin bantams.. Cutie, Lil Red, and Petunia that I gave Nilky to raise but they have also been rehomed..
In May of 2019 I got three more babies.... Magnolia (Maggie), Daffodil (Daffy), and Poppy... all EEs

In May of 2020 I got TRUMP-NN (rehomed him yesterday)... Claudine and Clementine-EEs

In August I got The Brady Bunch... Marcia, Jan, and Cindy- OEs

In March of this year.. 2021... I got Daisy-WL... Minnie-BL... Betty and Wilma-EEs

I guess I didn’t really tell how I became a Princess of my chickens but that was just me being funny!
Starting this new thread because my old one was all about TRUMP... well, mostly.. and since he is no longer here I thought I should start a new one.
All are welcome to share in the fun! Plenty of pics to come....

I would LOVE to have more than 6 hens, which is the city limit, because they are so entertaining, funny, adorable, with loads of personality. I'm looking forward to pictures!

These are the “mercy buy” chicks.. remember? I actually call them “the fosters”... and the yellow ones are mine... Cake and Candy... I don’t know what kind of chicken Candy is... supposed to be a red sex link... but she is tiiiiinnnyyyy... and she looks different than a regular chick to me
