So, I almost lost Minnie today from the heat! She did exactly what Sunny did the day I saved her with the hose! It is just so hot yall! I think what happens is they are on the nest to lay and then get over heated because right after I cooled Minnie I went back in the coop and found Betty standing where I had just found Minnie but Minnie was laying down (she was way worse off than Betty!) Apparently they go to the roost section cuz that’s where the fan is blowing! So funny how they know to go stand in front of the fan! But going out and standing by the mist would actually be helpful cuz the fan did not help Minnie! I think I am going to put another fan and point it on the nests. This is Minnie.. she is a brown Leghorn
