I am sure if you ask one of the mods they will help you. At the top of the page do you see your picture? If you click on that it gives you options related to your account.
Upgrades is about half way down on the right.

Go to the BYC Store, (link at the bottom of the page). Hit the drop down, choose "memberships", scroll down and you will see premium.
