All My Chickens..... a coop opera!

Snickers is up and eating and drinking.. crowing his head off because he is separated from everyone ☹️ but he trips over things.. like maybe he can’t see very well… he can see me and he sees the dog but he looks down to walk and stumbles.. I don’t know.. it’s weird!

I am going to treat for vitamin deficiency.. it could be the reason for the “drunken sailor” behavior…
I think that is a good place to start. The neurological ones are B and E I believe.

Yes, I have been doing some research… I haven’t gone to get anything yet but I gave him a variety of chicken feed and he ate a bunch and he actually seems to be okay… :idunno

So, I used to be fully obsessed with rearranging furniture… since I don’t do that anymore I have now become obsessed with rearranging chickens😆
I have four coops and 38 chickens.. I have many possibilities! But really I am trying to see who lives where best! And I’m doing it because I am trying to fit this rooster in somewhere since I can’t rehome him as far as I know.
So, I moved the Polish into the bantam flock… moved the old ladies into the A frame the Polish were in… so that leaves three standard and the two itty bitty OEGB in the newer coop from the Spring.. I am moving them into the standard flock that also houses three of my older bantams… which I am moving to the newer coop.. and plan to add Pickles plus three of mama’s girls in there with Snickers. I do anticipate mayhem 😖😫 these bantams are spicy little things!! I’ll be in there with my squirt bottle ready to douse any flames!!
So I’ll have two bantam flocks and two standard flocks… although the two OEGBs live with the standard flock… they are the meanest little things and beat the crap out of any other bantam! They also bully some standards😖
I will update as to how all this plays out🙏🏻

And I also changed Snickers name… he is now Willis! Cuz every time he crows I say…..
