Hey guys, I lost this thread. What did I miss? And how are you all doing?

Im struggling a little. But ill make it through.

I’m doing alright, although struggling quite severely with negative thoughts. Staying busy helps though, and I have a good friend who is talking me through it, which I’m very grateful for!

Its just my great grandma passed we knew she was declining but now that she is gone its different.
Then im a little stressed with some other stuff.
