Anyhoos, I have a tea/fruit infuser water bottle coming in the mail to help me have something more interesting to drink. My throat constricts a bit if the PH of the water isn't just right, so having a flavor will be helpful.
I'm also getting some very cute compression socks that I was recommended to try. I might get sodium caplets.

I hardly hit 16oz of water, but I do drink a lot of milk and Kombucha(which, no, isn't water, but I'm usually not dehydrated). 3,000mg is a minimum. It's supposed to be up to 5,000 for some. Depends on what works.

I drink like two sips if water if I'm lucky lol, I hate water I drink mostly lemonade and tea

It's still a ridiculous amount. The average daily recommended FDA amount is less than half that.

I flavor my water a lot, thats the easiest way to drink it. I cant do bottled water though.

I have to have spring water if it's bottled. That's actually my favorite.
