All the Christian Homeschoolers!

Same here in the Catholic faith. November first is All Saints and on Oct. 31 we go pray at church and stuff like that, Sing the litany of Saints which is my favorite. 🥰 it beautiful!
I think I'm going to miss my Fiancé's parish doing their celebrations because I'll be getting ready to travel out there, but maybe next year!

We've put the ducklings in the coop for today to see how they go!!! They're loving it! I've made sure they don't go under the house- cause we might not get them back!

Oh wow! Thats a bit harsh excluding the Orthodox chritians! (I have no idea what all the different types are but umm... yeah!🥴) yeah!
Orthodoxy and Catholicism both came from the First Church (and so they are somewhat similar), which was put in place with all of its rules by Jesus's disciples, following the spoken instructions he gave them directly. Protestantism came out of the Reformation, which happened like 1,000 years after the first church was founded. Reformers basically wanted to get as far away from Catholicism as possible, because of a lot of big disagreements about certain things. So those are the bare bones skeletal basics.

In my experiences, many Protestants I have come across unfortunately hate both Orthodoxy and Catholicism. Catholicism is a lot more widespread, though, and generally accepted. I have seen some actually call Orthodoxy Satanism, and sometimes it seems like they just hate it, refuse to actually learn about what it is, and they certainly don't recognize it as a form of Christianity (my old church did not, and they knew nothing of it). Some I have known, and from things I have seen in toxic comment sections on social media, will gladly verbally persecute both Orthodox and Catholics. It's sad and shameful.
The folks I've met online here are a wonderful exception! Folks here are so much more willing to listen and learn along with me, they don't judge, and they are kind even in disagreement.
Several people whom my family has known in person have started doing small things to "help" us like sending really hateful, anonymous tracts about how satanic Catholicism and Orthodoxy are, and very misinformed graphs about bizarre Orthodox worship... It's just sad.
I find alot of people do Halloween just so they can dress up etc.
Yeah, I definitely love just dressing up and having fun! I hardly give a thought to what some folks celebrate it as. I would usually dress as an archer growing up and just carry my bow around. 😂

How fun!! Is this their first time? They look like they're stepping into a whole new world!
They really are!!! They have been outside many times but supervised. This is there first time being out for a whole day!! I'm glad we have wire over the top of the coop... I'm very paranoid about crows getting to the ducklings!!
